4. Payments, Credits, and Billing

All payments are processed exclusively through Razorpay. PurpletrendAI does not store full payment card details.

4.2 Credits and Plans

• Certain features require credits or paid plans
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Unused credits may expire as displayed at purchase

4.3 Foreign Currency and Additional Charges

International payments may incur foreign exchange (FX) conversion charges, international transaction fees, or additional charges imposed by Razorpay, card networks, or issuing banks. These charges are outside the control of PurpletrendAI.

4.4 Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

5. User Content and AI-Generated Output

5.1 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content and inputs you submit and confirm that you have the necessary rights to use such content.

5.2 AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are provided “as is” and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for specific purposes. PurpletrendAI makes no guarantees regarding accuracy or reliability.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, interfaces, and proprietary systems are the exclusive property of PurpletrendAI. A limited, non-exclusive, revocable license is granted for lawful use of the Service.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

PurpletrendAI may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse, fraud, or legal or security reasons. Users may delete their account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability
