1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PurpleTrend-AI ("Service"), provided by PurpleTrend-AI ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PurpleTrend-AI is an AI-powered social media management platform that provides:

• Trending topics discovery for various niches
• AI-generated captions and hashtags for social media posts
• Content calendar management
• Post scheduling capabilities
• Performance insights (when platforms are connected)

3. User Registration and Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Use a valid email address for account verification

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

PurpleTrend-AI offers various subscription plans:

• Free Trial: Limited to 3 posts
• Starter Plan: ₹499/month for 30 posts (or yearly with discount)
• Pro Plan: ₹899/month for 60 posts (or yearly with discount)

Monthly Subscriptions: Automatically renew on the billing date. Your stored payment method will be charged automatically. You will receive notification before renewal.

Yearly Subscriptions: Do not auto-renew. You will be notified before expiration and must manually renew by making a new payment.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST (18%).

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Please contact admin@purpletrendai.com with your request.

6. Platform Connections

When you connect your social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.):

• You grant us permission to access your account data as specified
• We will only access data necessary for providing our services
• Your credentials are encrypted and stored securely
• You can disconnect your accounts at any time
• We comply with each platform's terms of service

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Generate or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Engage in spam or unauthorized marketing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Violate the terms of connected social media platforms

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate captions and hashtags. While we strive for quality:

• Generated content should be reviewed before publishing
• We do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness
• You are solely responsible for content you publish
• AI outputs may occasionally be unexpected or inappropriate

9. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by PurpleTrend-AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display your content solely for providing our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party platform actions or outages

11. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service
• Change pricing with 30 days notice
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Update these Terms of Use (we will notify you of significant changes)

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
